ベーシックな博多トンコツラーメン
溜池交差点の一角、ビル2階にある博多トンコツラーメン店です。
同僚3人とお昼に入りました。
12時ちょっと過ぎ、この日は空いていてすんなり座れました。
注文後ほどなく着丼。
混雑時でも待ち時間が少ないのがこのお店の美点です。
"博多ラーメン"は麺もスープもベーシックなトンコツラーメンです。
スープはすぐに湯葉のような膜が張るくらい濃いです。これは油脂分？それでも脂っこくはないです。
セットもののご飯は軽い一膳分くらいはあってお腹はじゅうぶん満足します。
強い個性はないですが基本に忠実なトンコツラーメンという印象で個人的には気に入っています。

コロナ前と比較すると客入りは少なくなった印象だ。
ベテランスタッフがきびきびと接客をこなし5分待たずに着丼。
白濁したトンコツスープはほんのわずかにケモノ臭を感じるが食べやすい。
白いご飯を投入しても美味しく食べられそう。
セットものの選択ミスで味玉だらけになってしまったが基本の博多らーめんとご飯もののセットが1,000円以内で食べられる。
溜池山王界隈でトンコツらーめんが食べたくなったら当店だ。
