渡辺徹さんが亡くなりましたね。61歳という若さでしたが奥様の榊原郁恵さんや息子さんの渡辺裕太さんの会見を見ると不思議とまだそこに渡辺徹さんがいる感じがします。

「草葉の陰から見守っている」なんて表現もありますので亡くなった後も現世と繋がっているのでしょうか。

ダライ・ラマ14世が「死ぬのが楽しみだ」と言っていましたが仏教の世界観からすると死後の世界があるからなのでしょうね。

と言うわけで本日のランチは看板で見ると #アルロイヤルガーデン なのにネットで見るとアルが無い #ロイヤルガーデン です。

店前を通った時に冬季限定牡蠣のグラタンというメニューが気になり入店です。当然それを頼みましたが12時に入ったのに売り切れ。

「似たもので #カルボナーラ はどうでしょう？」と言われ、心の中で「似ていないけど、あるな」と言うことで発注しました。

広めの店内で好きな席に着けるので窓際に座ったら思いの外、隙間風が気になる感じです。これはきっと夏場はオープンする窓だからなのでしょう。

10分程して #サラダ がやってきました。葉野菜中心で少しシーチキンもあり、シンプルだけども美味しいですね。途中粉チーズなどで味変も楽しみました。

だいぶ飽き始めた17分後に #パスタ がやって来ました。中央に乗ったオレンジ色の #卵黄 が印象的な #スパゲッティ です。

まずは、そのままくるくると巻き上げて頂きます。濃厚でクリーミーな味わいはチーズも入っているのでしょうか？完全に #スープスパ な印象です。

さらに味わいを印象的にしているのが #黒胡椒 です。かなりピリッとするスパイスのおかげで濃厚さが引き締まった印象になっています。

#ベーコン もいい感じの塩気もあって美味しいですね。卵も割って混ぜれば、より濃厚クリーミーに早変わりです。

当初想定していた注文とは全く違うものではありましたが、ありなしで言うと「あると思います」次回は開店と同時に行って牡蠣グラタンを楽しみにしてみます。
