古い建物の地下の、薄暗い古びた蛍光灯の狭いお店です。いらっしゃいませは無く、しばらく透明人間のまま席の指示を待ちます。(笑)あ、天井に蜘蛛の巣発見…
お昼のメニューは1000円の唐揚げ定食かそぼろ丼定食です。
○唐揚げ2個付きのそぼろ丼定食 1000円
卵と鶏そぼろの二色丼ですが、拍子抜けするほど繊細な上品な味付け。おじさま受けの良いこちらのお店、茶色に染まったそぼろを、さぞかし塩気強めと覚悟して口に運んで驚きました。昆布の佃煮が良い仕事をします。
そして…何と言っても唐揚げ！！！拳半分くらいの大きな唐揚げ。サクッと噛むと、じゅわ〜っと肉汁が広がり、鶏の旨味が溢れます。塩胡椒、生姜が絶妙に効いていて、鶏の美味しさを最大限生かしてます！！何と美味しい唐揚げ❤︎❤︎❤︎
唐揚げを引き立てるような優しい味付けのそぼろ丼、ちょっと濃いめのお味噌汁、小ぶりながら新鮮なサラダ、素晴らしい定食です。唐揚げは大きいので、私は2個で大満足でした。
このお店から徒歩3分で赤坂よ志多というお店があります！冒頭のような条件で雛どりの入店にくじけたら、そちらも甲乙つけ難い美味しい唐揚げだと思います❤︎
