今回は溜池山王の「雛どり」さんを訪問。
通りの別のお店が年明けしばらくお休みとのことで未訪問のこちらのお店の扉をくぐってみました。
通りの看板にあるようにランチメニューは二択で名物なのは唐揚げ定食(1,000円)とのことですが、そぼろ丼の定食にも唐揚げが2つ入ってるようでしたので正に一石二鳥ということでそぼろを注文。
お店のママ的な方は初見の相手にはつっけんどんなのか警戒してしまいますが、常連客には多少、和らいだ態度になる模様…(汗)
そぼろ丼定食 1,000円(税込)
注文から5分超くらいで着膳。
コントラストのあるそぼろ丼のカラーが映えます。
一瞬、塩っぱさを感じた味噌汁はほんのり甘いそぼろ丼と合わせるとちょうど良い塩梅。
胡椒が効かせてある唐揚げはぷりっぷりの鶏と衣の歯応えが爽快でこれは確かに皆さん、注文してしまう味ですね。
そぼろ丼のお米も美味しいですし、サラダ含めた定食全体のバランス良しです。
一回、唐揚げ一直線で攻めてみるのも良さそうですね。
