とある食事会で訪問しました。
すべての品を通じて、鰹出汁を大切にした統一感のある日本料理を味わえました。
ともすれば味が薄く、お年寄り向けとも思いがちな会席料理ですが、出汁を大切にする日本の伝統文化は大切にしたい。
安易に和洋折衷、和風モダンに走らないのがむしろ好感を持てました。またシックな会席料理を味わいに伺いたい。
