霞ヶ関に所用が有り、平日のランチにお伺いしました。
12時15分ぐらいで15名ぐらいの列が出来ていました。
並んでいて列が進んで来たら、列は2列で左側はセルフでおかずを自分で取る方式で、行列が出来ている右側
はセットメニューのレーンとの表示板が有りました。
行列が出来ていたのでわからなかったです。
鯨が食べられると言われていたので、セットメニュー
の列に並び、並んでいる途中で、店員さんが注文を
取りに来るシステムのようです。
イワシ鯨ステーキ御膳1000円を注文しました。列に
並んで15分ぐらいで提供でした。
久しぶりの鯨を頂きました。鯨は薄めの切り身が4
切れで、薬味に生姜や玉ねぎが有り臭みは感じません。
余りにも久しぶりなので、こんな味？だったかな？
よく考えたら、鯨は竜田揚げとかベーコンしか食べた
事が無く、鯨ステーキは初めて頂きました。
