アークヒルズと大通りを挟んで、大通りから一歩入った路地に佇む焼き鳥屋さん、こくりこさんへ。
炭火で厳選された鶏をいただけるお店です。
予約がなかなか取れないだけあって、訪れた当日も満席でした。
カウンター席にて、ハイボールをいただきます。
きゅうり、かぶ、人参と、ベジタブルファーストなおしんこがお通しです。
＜串料理＞
ささみ、つくね、かしわ、血ぎも、野菜串、手羽、砂肝、ぼんじり、ぎんなんの9品の「表」のコースに、食べたいものを追加していただきました。
コースは予約なしで、1人から注文できます。
タレ・塩と、お肉に合わせた味付けで出てきます。
カウンターには山椒・一味・黒七味がありますのでお好みに合わせて。
ささみわさび
コースの最初にいただく、ふわっと上品なレアな鳥刺し感覚です。
つくね
香ばしく、じゅわっとしたひき肉にコリコリの軟骨の食感がアクセント。
かしわ
つやっつやなお肉が品質の良さを物語っています。
血ぎも
タレが甘くてフレンチのブーダンノワール感覚のカリっとした先端、両端のお肉でようやく挟み込んだようなふんわりふくよかな中央の身と、食感が微妙に変わります。
野菜串
ししとうは火の通し加減が絶妙でみずみずしく、お野菜が香るんです！
手羽
脂がほどよく落ち、ミルキーでふわっと肉汁が口の中にあふれてジューシーです。
砂肝
コリッと上質な歯ごたえ、塩加減がちょうどよいです。
ぼんじり
カリッとした皮とマスカットのようなみずみずしい身の美しいバランス。
脂が手羽と同じく、とても上質です。
大好物のぎんなん。
白玉半熟（追加）
うずらの卵が半熟で焼かれて出てきます。
どうやって串で半熟状になっているのかちょっと不思議です！
鉄板な希少部位・せせり（追加）。
そして、丁度こちらの注文で売り切れてしまったちょうちん（追加）。
表コースを頼むときにお願いしておいて良かったです！
ぷちんと口の中ではじける黄身感がたまりません。

お酒はワインのほか日本酒が常時20種類ほど豊富に揃っています。
日本酒は360cc（二合）、180cc（一合）と独り占めのグラス120ccから選べます。
メニューと別になっている日本酒リストから、貴純米吟醸60、東北泉雄町純米辛口、小左衛門雄町をいただきました。
＜気の利いた一品＞
おつまみに、ドライいちじくと酒盗クリームチーズを。
ワインにも日本酒にもぴったりの一品です。
お酒がいくらでも飲めてしまいそうな酒盗クリームチーズ。
塩昆布の入ったクリームチーズとドライいちじくの組み合わせ。
塩気と甘みのバランスがよく、アイディアに感動です。
ポテトサラダはお店の人気メニューのスモークチキンが入っていて、燻製の味わいがほんのりとします。
酒盗と一緒につまむのも、裏ワザ的にはまりました。
〆には串にさされて焼かれ、パリパリの海苔を巻いていただく焼きおにぎりを。
串はすっと抜け、表面はカリカリなのに内側のお米がたっています！
ANAインターコンチネンタルホテル東京からとても近く、外国語メニュー（英語・フランス語）も用意されています。
3人くらいまでなら、ぐるっと焼き場と厨房を囲んでいる、ライブ感あふれるカウンター席がおすすめです。
個室もあり、外国人のお客様にも喜んでもらえそうなお店です。
