コースは、金額載ってますが
単品は、串の値段で出ません
野菜の串は、200円
肉は、300〜500円と
少し高めです。
極のコースは、4800円で
お手頃かつ、シメの麺か、そぼろ丼が選べます
コースより、色々試したかったので
単品沢山頼みました。
四万十のトマト780円
塩をかけて食べると、甘みと味が際立つ
串は、炭火焼きで
焼き職人は、3名います。
串系も火加減が最高で
ソリレス、白レバー、つくね、つなぎ
が、オススメ
ダイコンおろしとか、出してくれますし
京都の山椒、黒七味、一味が
置いてますが、基本的には
使わない方が良い
串は、そのままで完成してます。
ドライイチヂクに、クリームチーズと
昆布を載せてますが、
この昆布が凄い仕事してますw
シメの麺は、オススメしません
なぜなら、麺の鶏ガラスープは、
そぼろごはんには、ついでについて来るからお得‼️
コチラのゴボウとそぼろが、凄く良い
日本酒も、写楽やたかちよ
など、高めですが良いお酒をセレクトしてます
