今回紹介するのは赤坂にある焼鳥店『こくりこ』のランチ。
お笑い芸人の名前のようであり、ジブリの映画のタイトルのようでもありますが、正解はフランス語の”coquelicot”で、意味は「ヒゲナシ」の事だそうです。フランス語の屋号は、大将のフレンチ経験に由来するのでしょうか。さらには、フランス農務省認定の品質である事を証明するラベルルージュの鶏を使用、夜にはシャンパンを楽しむ姿も多いのだとか。随所にフランスの要素を感じさせる焼鳥店なのであります。
ランチメニューは４種類！
鶏重、親子丼、鶏カツ重、鶏メンチの４種の中から、「鶏重」を選択。お重の中身は、鶏モモ、ししとう、鶏そぼろの三層で構成されます。鶏モモはしっかりしたタレの風味と炭による強い香ばしさが味を決定づけてますね。自然とご飯がすすむ味わいに仕上がっております。一方のそぼろは淡白で、印象としてはふりかけくらいの位置づけか。少々パサつきがあり、どことなく鮭フレークのイメージに近いような。
この鶏重はテイクアウトのお弁当でも提供しているが、そういう意味では劣化はなさそうです。大盛りも無料でテイクアウトもあり、10個以上ならデリバリーのお願いもできるそう。近隣で働く人々にとってはとても使い勝手が良さそうですね！
