やっぱ朝はこう言うのが良いですね。
本当は納豆を食したいのですが、職業柄、出勤時にアルコールチェック
を行う為、発酵食品はNG。アルコール反応が出てしまうらしいです。
残念ですが...

この日の牛丼は白米が目立ちますね。スピード重視で雑になってしまったのでしょうか❓
