かなり昔にきたけど当時は写真失念、取引先様と再訪。
福コースに、〆を雲丹トリュフご飯に変更で。
まずはホワイトアスパラ擦り流しからの、
タラノメ太刀魚唐揚げ。
自家製カラスミとキャビアのそうめん、既に見た目が美味しそうｗ
毛蟹酢の物、ホタルイカうま煮、カラスミもち、
蛤の香草バター焼き、イワシのきも焼きが続く。
更には、トラフグや車海老、赤貝、平貝、うるいにこごみ、のどぐろと、
旬の素材のオンパレード。
まぐろ巻きから、トドメの雲丹トリュフ飯でノックアウト。
