We offer a wide variety of delicious tripe dishes that go well with alcohol! They are very reasonably priced, but without compromise. The tripe is purchased daily from a specialist supplier, so it is extremely fresh. It is painstakingly and carefully prepared in the store, so there is no odor! We are so particular about freshness that we even throw away any liver that is not available that day. Our specialty "Motsuni" is tripe and plenty of vegetables stewed in white miso, and it is only 490 yen! Grilled skewer are 200 yen, and the "Pork Liver Steak" is 650 yen, so it's the best value for money♪
