虎ノ門にある 「もつ千」 に行ってきました。
こちら赤坂で人気のお店の2号店なんだとか。
前に勤めていた会場が虎ノ門にあったので、なんとなーく土地勘はあるものの、
久々に来たら回りの景色がだいぶ変わっててびっくり；；
少し早めに。。。って18時くらいから飲み始めたけど、この時点でほぼ満席。
そういえばそうだ。17時とか17時半に仕事終わるからスタートが早いんだった、と
当時を思い出してしみじみ。
お通しのキャベツはおかわり自由。
はみ出すボリュームのキャベツｗ 塩だれが美味しくて、ついつい食べちゃいます。
とりあえず！ で頼みたいのが、もつ煮込み。
こちら、リニューアルしたそうでお豆腐が入ってます。
普通か辛いやつの二種類から選べて、今回は普通のにしました。
もつってクセが強いのにあたるとホント食べられないんだけど、
こちらは下処理をすごく良くしているのか、美味しくいただけました。
個人的な鉄板メニュー、厚焼き玉子も。ふわふわで好きな感じ。
串は一本150円。おまかせで頼むと一本あたり20円お得な130円に。
おまかせの場合は本数を伝えればOK。
3本頼んだところ、豚バラ、ネギマ、ハラミが出てきました。
あと上シロが気になったので、そちらも。上シロはタレでした。
鮮度重視のため、売り切れ御免！ な大山鶏のレバテキ。一番人気だそう。
こちら、新鮮なレバーをたっぷりのごまねぎダレでいただくというもの。
これがレバー？？ っていうくらいのトロトロ、柔らか食感です。
やわらかなレバーに、しゃきしゃきの刻みネギが美味しい♪
とにかくリーズナブルなので、いろいろ食べたくなりますね。
ただ、のんびりまったり過ごすより、サクッと飲んで食べるのによさそうなお店。
1皿のボリュームがちょうどいいので、ひとり飲みにもぜひ。
