From Exit 10 of Toranomon Metro Station, head towards the Kasumigaseki exit and walk 2-3 minutes underground. Alternatively, go to the ground level from exit 8 or 9, go around the back of the building, and go down the stairs. When you exit No. 8, Nirwanam is written on B1 of the middle bulletin board of the Industrial Hall right in front of you, but when you get there, all you see is ``Iku.'' After passing ``Iku'' and going up another set of stairs to the ground level, you will find Nirvanam on your right as there is a yellow sign. ニルワナムの虎ノ門店です。
神谷町店は一度利用したことがありますが、こちらは初めて。土曜の夜に２名で訪問しました。
17:30過ぎに入店したところ店内はまだ薄暗く、準備中かと思いましたが大丈夫でした。
お店を開けてから準備を始めるあたりが、インドっぽくてほっこりします。
注文したのは、マトンビリヤニ（2,200円）、ビンディ・マサラ（1,400円）、ベジタブル・バジ（990円；グラハム粉につけた野菜をこんがりと揚げたインド風天ぷら）、ケララポロッタ（300円）とココナッツラッシー（600円）とプレーンラッシー（600円）で、２名で計5,990円。
他はそんなでもないですが、ビリヤニはやや値段が高いかなという印象です。
ほぼ準備中の状態だったので、出てくるまでには少し時間を要しましたが、お料理はどれも期待を外さない水準です。
ベジタブル・バジは他でも食べたことがないメニューですが、玉ねぎやピーマン、カリフラワーが分厚い衣でくるまれて、食べてみないと中身がわからないあたりが、沖縄の天ぷらに似ています。
フワフワの食感のマトンビリヤニ、お味のほうはかなり辛口。それでライタもたっぷり用意されているわけですね。
奥深い味わいのビンディ・マサラもとても美味。
インド料理店って、このあたりの料理に実力が出ると思いますが、美味しいビンディ・マサラを食べられるお店は記憶に残ります。
虎ノ門でインド料理というと、自分の場合はいつもナンディニ一直線で他が見えていませんでしたが、ここにも良いお店がありました。
