あまり就職活動をしなかった方ですが、面接した際によく聞かれたことは「あなたが尊敬する人は誰ですか？」と言う質問です。

企業は採用した際にその人がどんな感じでどう活躍するかを探る質問だろうなと今では理解できますが、当時はちゃんと答えられなかった気がします。

糸井重里さんはコピーライターとして有名ですが、その糸井さんが尊敬するコピーライターで土屋耕一さんと言う人がいると聞いて興味を持ったものです。

「軽い機敏な子猫何匹いるか」と言う上から読んでも下から読んでも同じな有名の回文の作者が土屋さんと聞き最近驚いたのですが、他にも沢山の作品がありますね。

「夜鳴くなよ柴犬。居場所なくなるよ」とか「お菓子が好き好きスガ シカオ」と言った長いものや「世の中ね顔かお金かなのよ」は聞いたことがあります。

と言うわけで本日のランチは韓国語で「世の中」という意味の「ヌリ」を店名に冠した #韓ヌリ です。

最近は朝晩が涼しい日も増えて来ましたが暑い日だったので #冷麺 のメニューが目に止まり入店です。比較的女性が多くて、皆、色んなメニューを頼んでいる印象です。

ランチに出てくる副菜はどのメニューでも一緒なのかそのセットと壺に入った #キムチ を掴むためのトングがトレーにセットされております。

しばらく待って8分ほどで提供されました。大きめの銀色の食器に盛り付けられた冷麺は半熟で鮮やかなオレンジ色をした卵と胡麻が振られているのが印象的です。

まずは細めの #麺 を引き上げて頂きます。細いながらも独特なコシのある食感が印象的です。スープは果物のような甘さとほのかに感じる酸味が印象的です。

キムチもスープと同様に旨味と酸味が融合した味わいで冷麺に入れても美味しいんじゃないかと思い入れてみれば美味しいハーモニーとなりました。

シャーベット状になったスープをシャリシャリと崩しながら頂くのがまた楽しい感じです。付け合わせのもやしナムルも胡麻油と塩味の加減がいいですね。

周囲の人が頼んでいた様々なメニューも気になりましたので、メニューの上から頼んでも下から頼んでも同じように楽しめそうなので、また来たいなと思います。
