平日のランチタイムに伺いました。
12時過ぎには行列で、5人ほど並んでいましたが
回転が早いため、10分弱で入店できました。
お昼は定食を食べられている方が多いです。
眠眠定食を頂きます。
定番の焼き餃子とチャーハンのセットです。
水餃子と焼き餃子のセットも人気のようですね。
5分ほどで、到着です。
定食は、千円でおつりがくるものばかりなので、お財布にも優しいです。
餃子、炒飯、卵スープ、ザーサイ、ミニサラダ、
杏仁豆腐のついたセットです。
餃子は、若干小ぶりで、皮は薄めでパリッとした焼き加減。
野菜多めの餡でコクはあるが、
あっさりと頂けます。
一皿食べても、もう一皿食べられそうな
軽さがあります。
酢こしょうで頂きました。
チャーハンは、
しっとり系のチャーハンで、
チャーシューの旨味感じるお味です。
どこか懐かしく、
思い出したら食べたくなる味わいです。
