2回目の訪問です♪前回は牡蠣ペペロンチーノうどんがとても美味しかった❣️ので再訪問です♪
今回は、名物カルボナーラうどんを注文します。
その名の通りカルボナーラそのものですが
パスタではなくうどんです♪
クリーミーなそれは想像の通りの味付け卵が真ん中に乗っていて、角切りベーコンと黒胡椒がたっぷり
いい意味でも悪い意味でも想像していた味でした！

今日は虎ノ門ヒルズでのランチでヒルズの中にあるうどん屋さんあんぷくへ行きました♪ お初でした♪
今日頂いたのは、カキペペロンうどんです♪
大粒のぷりぷりの牡蠣が4つほど入ってます。
うどんは太いモチモチのうどんでコシもしっかりとあり
そこに、ニンニクのみじん切りやコショーに山椒に
辛めの味付けでご飯が欲しくなる程、濃い味でとても美味しい！ ここ美味しいですよ♪

こちらは変わり種のうどんがある好きなお店
うどんの種類が豊富でたまに無性に食べたくなります♪特に牡蠣のシーズンのメニュー！
今日は牡蠣ペペロンうどん❣️
山椒とガーリックの効いたペペロンチーノ風の牡蠣が5つ入ったうどんです♪♪
これはうまいピリ辛でどっぷりニンニクが効いててプルプルの牡蠣もよく味が染みてて美味！
食べた後、口の中がニンニクで臭くなってしまうので、お客さんと会う日はダメかもね！
