ランチを求めてさ迷っていると、こちらの看板が目に入る。

ほかの鶏料理には目もくれず即決。
ランチ時だったが待つことなく着席。

10分足らずで提供される。
見るからにふんわりとろとろの玉子。
所々にうなぎが顔を覗かせる。
甘めの割り下で味付けされ玉子で綴じられた鰻。
鰻の蒲焼きは切り身にされそこそこの量。
しっかりと鰻の旨味も感じられる。
山椒を加えることでキリッと爽やかな風味に。
食欲のない時にも食べやすく、食べれば元気の出る一品。
なかなかお得感のある丼。
本格的な暑さを迎える前にしっかりと鰻を食べておきたい。
