赤坂にある焼肉店。
赤坂と書きましたが溜池山王、六本木1丁目からも近い立地。
焼肉はしご1軒目で訪問。
まずは角ハイボールで乾杯！
お通しの野菜スティックについてきた自家製味噌が激ウマ！レシピが黒板に書いてあるので友人は写メして後日家で作ったそうですｗ
自家製味噌は店員さんに言うとおかわり可能なのでずっと酒のアテにしてました。
赤身肉に強いお店ということなのでまずは赤身5点盛り合わせから。
とも三角、芯々、亀の甲、いちぼ、らんぷの5点。本わさびと醤油でシンプルにいただく。とも三角が個人的に好み。
瞬殺3秒炙りロース、おろポンDEロース、上タンを追加。
瞬殺3秒炙りロースはさっと焼いて黄身にからませるアレです。間違いない。
おろポンDEロースはロースをさっぱりと、上タンも噛み応えの塩梅がいい。
次もあるので軽めにしましたがここはかなり肉質良いと思います。酒がちょっと高いけど。
