このお店は名前の通り特徴のあるお店で、焼酎は200種類とのことです。焼酎のメニューだけで小冊子一冊分になっています。焼酎好きにはたまらないお店です。
今回は、13時頃のランチでの訪問です。冷やしつけ麺と熊本高菜めし～鶏と具出汁スープ920円をオーダー。ところが、つけ麺の麺が売り切れで、「麺は蕎麦に変更していいですか？」との事。良く考えずに「ハイ！」、と返事をしてしまったから、ふと不安に。蕎麦につけ麺の出汁が合うのだろうか？
案の定、出しは濃すぎ、からみすぎで全く合わず。
また、そばは少なめで、その代り高菜めしが、通常の茶碗二膳分くらいの大きさで・・。それが、全然ピリッとしない高菜（これは貴重価値といわれる雲仙こぶ高菜なのか・・・）と味のない錦糸と紅ショウガ。これでこの量のごはんは食べられない！。メニューは写真がなかったので、タイトルだけで選んでしまったが、これであれば、白ご飯と高菜、錦糸、紅ショウガ付け合せそれとつけ麺とすべきでは・・・。しかも、これで920円は高いなーという感じ。
芋蔵の他の店舗はランチをやっているところは少ないようなので、ランチのノウハウがないのか。そもそも麺がなくなった段階でオーダーストップすべきでは。それをそばがあるからそばで出そうということがどうかと・・・。料理人は、自分で味見してから出して欲しいと思います。
芋蔵はやっぱり夜ですね。ランチは・・・。
