「ただ、ハンバーグが食べたい」という大きなのろし。
霞ヶ関ビルお隣の霞ダイニング2階、
焼酎が売りの居酒屋のランチタイム。
系列店数店でこのハンバーグ専門店を展開しているとのこと。
落ち着いた店内には、ハンバーグを焼いた香ばしさ漂う。
匂いからして、期待持てるな。
80㌘俵型×2個、熱々の溶岩石の上に鎮座。
ご飯、お味噌汁、生たまごとミニサラダも付く。
これで1200円はお得感ありあり。
フレッシュな赤身肉100%。
コンガリのメイラード反応の部分、旨いなぁ。
薫りもステキ☆
なお、中身は真っ赤な生いろ。
しかも冷たいです。
溶岩石で焼いてから頂きましょう。
塩・胡椒で頂くと肉の旨味も良く感じられる。
シャリアピンソースも付いてくる。
やや酸味の効いたご飯に合うやつ。
この和風気味なソースもなかなか旨いな。
サラダはミニサイズ。
付け合せの焼き野菜もほんの少しだけ。
お味噌汁は、まあ、こんな感じかな的な。
ご飯は美味しく炊けてます。
大盛が推奨ですね。
〆は玉子かけご飯で。
少しハンバーグを残して載せたTKG、旨いに決まってますね。
有りそうで無かったこのアイデア。
なかなか考えましたね。
ハンバーグも旨いし、リーゾナブルだし、TKGも付く。
ここ、穴場ですね♪
