新橋『伊萬里』に行くも臨時休業。
気持ちを切り替えて足を延ばして、虎ノ門『肉塊UNO』に訪問しました。
丁度開店時刻11:30に着くと、2名が並んでいました。
すぐに開店時刻を過ぎ、女性店員が中に案内する。
一人だったのでカウンター席に通される。
カウンター席はオープンキッチンになっていて、スタッフは全員女性であった。
ランチメニューは下記の３種類。
・牧草牛150gとローストチキン100gのランチプレート（1200円）
・200gチキン濃厚カレー（1100円）
・牧草牛濃厚カレー（1100円）
カレーの気分でないのでランチプレートを注文した。
店員さんに聞くと、ランチプレートにはライスが付かず、小さいチーズパンが付くとのこと。
タンパク質ダイエットなのか！
意識高い系のランチだったのか！
カウンター席はオープンキッチンで女性が調理するのが見られて臨場感を感じられる。
さて、ランチプレートが到着。
牧草牛、ローストチキン、サラダがランチプレートに盛り付けられ、
小さいチーズパン、カップスープがついてくる。
カップスープはテールスープで温かく美味しい。
牧草牛は赤身でヘルシー。
さっぱりとして柔らかく、肉の美味しさが味わえる。
さっぱりしているので卓上の黒コショウと塩をかけると頂いた。
ローストチキンも柔らかく美味しい。
チーズパンはチーズのコクがありしっとりしている。
糖質が少なく、健康的なランチとはこういうものかと考えさせられる。
午後の仕事も眠くならなさそうである。
ごちそうさまでした。
肉をさっぱり食べて、糖質や脂質の少なく、高たんぱく質を取る食事である。
