美味しいオイスターが食べたくなり久々に予約して来店
最近は産地が色々あるらしく5種のプレートをセレクト。
リピートもできるので、この日美味しかった室津などいくつかをリピート。
シンプルにレモンで楽しむだけではなく、ビネガーベース、かんずりベース、ホースラディッシュベースと3種のソースも楽しめます
生牡蠣以外にも牡蠣を使った料理を始め、肉料理など美味しいイタリアンが食べられます！
パクチーたっぷりの牡蠣オムレツや赤牛の煮込みやボロネーゼなど絶品料理がたくさん。
味付けは複雑味よりシンプルな感じで王道？な印象を受けました。
