本日のサラメシ‼️
昨晩、自宅で沖縄の炊き込みごはんを作ったら沖縄そばが食べたくなり、某グルメサイトを検索して導き出した沖縄料理店「なんくるないさ」
初めて仕事で沖縄に行った時、港にある「波浮食堂」という人気の店で食べた沖縄そばが思い出される。丼ぶりから溢れるほどに盛り付けられたラフテーが旨くて、それ以来通い詰めていた。
そんな「波浮食堂」が何故か数年前に閉店してしまい沖縄に行く楽しみがひとつ減った。東京で食べる「沖縄そば」は何か物足りない。1日も早くコロナが終息して、「なんくるないさー」と沖縄で絶品そばを食べたいものだ
