年末はいつもどこかでうなぎが食べたくなるので、この日はうなぎのお宿虎ノ門店さんに訪問。
いつもランチタイムには美味しそうな香ばしい香りがお店の前に充満していますが、なんだかんだで初訪問。
事前に予約をして行ったので、この日は(上)大富士の1人4,000円で、鰻一尾を使った鰻重をいただきました。
年末なのかいつもなのかは分かりませんが、この日は12時には満席で予約してよかったーと思いつつ待っていると、サラダに続いて鰻重と肝吸いを運んでいただきました。
しっかりと焼かれた鰻は程よく柔らかく、想像通りの美味しさでした。
個人的にはもっとふわっと焼かれている方が好みですが、美味しかったです！
