美味しくて居心地のいい中華料理店◎
お仕事関係のプレジデント会に同席させていただきました。
虎ノ門にある会社のみなさんが贔屓にしている中華料理店で、楽しいひと時！
お料理は常連のみなさんのお任せでお願いしましたが、どのお料理も美味しくて見た目も美しい！
それに、なんといってもお店の方のサービスが素晴らしくてとても居心地の良いお店です。
2年前の夏にオープンしたそうですが、オーナーのお人柄と料理の腕とで常連のお客様が多いようです。

揚げなすは、ナスがどうしたらこんなにサクッと揚がるのかと思う初めての食感に感激！
鶏肉と唐辛子の料理は3回オーダーする絶品料理
牛肉の辛子煮も大皿でたっぷりなのに美味しすぎてオカワリ！
豆苗炒めをオーダーすると「今は空芯菜が旬よ」とアドバイスを頂きそちらを頂きました。
ご馳走になった立場で言うのもなんですが・・・
このクオリティの料理で価格設定が良心的なのにもビックリです！
個人的にも、虎ノ門に行ったときには是非立ち寄りたいお店です。

とても久しぶりに行って参りました。
コロナのおかげで、宴会をする機会がすっかりなくなっていましたが、久しぶりにお声がけいただき、タクシー飛ばして参加してきました。
到着するとすでに、テーブルの上は美しく盛り付けられた大皿料理で賑わっていました！
そして、本当にご無沙汰してしまったのにお店の方から「お久しぶりですね」と声をかけられ、まさか覚えていてくれていたなんて感激です〜
美味しいお料理を食べるのに夢中になってしまい、写真が少ししかありませんが今回も沢山頂いてきました。
車海老のマヨネーズ
旬夏秋冬元祖焼き餃子
揚げナスの塩山椒炒め
牛肉の辛子煮
辣子鶏

小籠包（お土産を包んで頂きました）
ここで頂いた「揚げナスの塩山椒炒め」「辣子鶏」が絶品で、他の中華料理屋へ行くたびに同じメニューを注文してきましたが、まるで違うのです。
揚げナスがサクッと軽く揚がっていて、上品な塩味はここでしか食べられない！
辣子鶏は、それぞれのお店で特徴がありそれなりに美味しいのですがこのお店のは絶品です。
最後に頂いた焼き餃子も、すでにお腹が膨れているのに美味しくてペロッと食べちゃいました。
定番の酢・醤油・ラー油でももちろん美味しいのですが、「牛肉の辛子煮」の辛いスープにくぐらせると美味しいとおすすめされたので食べてみたところ、めっちゃ合う！
車海老のマヨネーズは、ぷりっぷりの車海老にちょっと甘めのマヨソースが絶妙で、辛いもの尽くしの合間にいただくとお口の中が喜びます。

コロナ渦で、飲食店は本当に厳しい状況だと思いますが頑張って乗り切っていただきたいです。
美味しいお料理とお酒、お店の方のあたたかい対応に癒やされ楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
