2018.1オープンの秋田短角牛のお店。以前、フレンチのバティチがあった場所。溜池山王駅からすぐの場所の地下にあります。
店内はほぼ居抜きで、以前の落ち着いた雰囲気が残っています。カウンター席とテーブル席があり、カウンター席のカウンターが大きく、カウンター席でも素敵なお店。
ランチタイムはハンバーグやラザニアなどで1000円税込。秋田短角牛を使ったハンバーグ1800円、秋田短角牛のステーキのランチも可能です。
お店の方にお勧めを伺うと、やはり初めての方にはハンバーグを食べて欲しいとのこと。短角牛も魅力的だったのですが、予算の関係で1000円のハンバーグランチをオーダーしました。
ハンバーグランチ1000円税込
豚のハンバーグで笑子豚100％とのこと。ソースは４種から選択でき、基本のデミグラスソースを選択しました。
軽く焼いたあとにオープンでじっくり仕上げるのでしょう。時間は多少かかります。
ハンバーグの豚肉はかなり細かい挽きにしてあります。ハンバーグ自体には塩も少なく、調味料やスパイスも最小限にしてある印象を受けました。
デミグラスソースは、よい意味で甘さが際立つソースです。
全体的に大人のための通のハンバーグというよりも、子供も好きなハンバーグという印象です。
サラダとスープつき。サラダは野菜が高騰している時期ですが、新鮮でよいものを使ってます。スープは野菜のスープ。
今度、懐に余裕があるときに、お店の売りの短角牛のハンバーグを食べてみたいです。
