一部では現在日本一…とも称されることもあるブランド牛「田村牛」
そんな田村牛を堪能できるお店が霞ヶ関・虎ノ門エリアにあるんです。
『焼肉 たまき家』
ちなみに田村牛とは、黒毛和種の中でも貴重な純但馬牛・処女雌に拘った牛で、扱っているお店もかなり貴重なんですね。
店内は土地柄なのかな！？オトナなスタッフさん＆お客さんで賑わっていましたよ。
落ち着ける半個室もあるので今回はこちらに。
いただいたのは紅(くれない)懐石(12,000円)です。
■キムチ1種ナムル2種盛り合せ
ほんのり甘味もある梅干しのキムチは斬新…これ好きだなぁ。
■本日のサラダ
チョレギサラダ。
■雲丹のフラン
上には雲丹＆イクラのゴールデンコンビ(痛風怖いけど…(笑))
滑らかなフランとの相性も抜群です。
■握り寿司 ★いっしーリコメンド
生肉Loverの俺にはたまらない
上には濃厚なウニとサッパリおろしっていうアレンジも◎
肉厚でネットリとしたエロスを感じさせる2貫だよ。
あぁ…最高。
■和牛上タン薄切り(白)
塩と酢橘で、もともとタンの持っている甘さを引き立てるシンプルなアレンジが正解。
当然タンの命とも言えるサクッとした食感もお見事です。
◾️田村牛 上撰霜降り、上撰赤身
霜降りのトモサンカク＆赤身のシンシン。
アラフィフだけど、霜降り大好き。
脂のクオリティーが高いから、当然これだけ食べても胃もたれなんかも起こりません(笑)
◾️一口冷麺
上には紫蘇の花が。
シコシコ感がちょうどいいお口直し。
■田村牛 サーロイン 塩又たれ ★いっしーリコメンド
2人だったので塩・たれ両方頼んじゃった。
最高級牛の最高部位、そりゃ最高でしょう(語彙力…笑)
■ハーフ田村牛カレー
スパイシーな良い香りに加え、デッカいバラ肉が3つも…♡
うまい焼肉屋さんのカレーは間違いなくうまい…。
そんな俺の理論は今回も間違いなかったってことを証明してくれたね(笑)
■本日のアイス
締めはほうじ茶のアイス。
「田村牛」特有の肉質の柔らかさと、良質な脂身を堪能したよ。
それでいて値段も常識的な範囲でおさまっているのが嬉しい限り。
「田村牛」の世界を堪能できる「焼肉たまき家」…肉好きは要注目だね。
