霞が関・虎ノ門エリアの一階に佇む「焼肉たまき家」で、魅惑のランチ体験をしてきました。この日、私が選んだのは贅沢な白（はく）コース。価格は¥6,800（税込）
「焼肉たまき家」は、黒毛和牛、雌牛の最高峰と言われる「田村牛」を提供されているお店。ランチメニューはディナーに比べてお手頃な価格で楽しめる特別なランチコース。
ランチコースの内容は
キムチとナムルの盛り合わせ
新鮮なキムチと彩り豊かなナムルが、食欲をそそります。
サラダ
爽やかなサラダで、食事の始まりを彩ります。
田村牛炙り寿司
贅沢な一品。口に入れると雲丹とキャビア、そしてお肉の旨みが広がり、舌の上で踊る美味しさを感じました。
和牛タン 20g（仕入れにより和牛ハラミに変更の可能性あり）
20gの上質な和牛タン。柔らかさと甘みが口いっぱいに広がります。
田村牛ローストビーフ 30g
見た目通りの美しいサシが特徴。柔らかくて口の中でとろける食感が楽しめます。
料理長おすすめの田村牛焼肉3種 120g
トモサンカク、ランプ、リブ芯の3種の焼肉が、肉愛好家をうならせる逸品です。
〆の一皿
たまき家冷麺か田村牛カレー（+200円）。爽やかな冷麺、もしくは濃厚なカレーライスをお選びいただけます。

食後の一杯に、お好みのコーヒーを楽しめます。
前菜の梅干しキムチは初めて食べましたが、特別な美味しさに驚きました。
炙り寿司はまさに贅沢の極み！この一皿だけで舞い上がる気持ちを抑えるのが難しいほどでした。もっとたくさん食べたくなる一品。
黒毛和牛の牛タンは、歯ごたえがありつつも柔らかく、甘みが広がる絶品の一品。
田村牛のローストビーフは、見た目通りのサシの美しさ。口に入れるととろけるような食感がたまりませんでした。
そして、メインの田村牛焼肉3種は、トモサンカク、ランプ、リブ芯の美しい肉が輝いていました。とろけるような食感が、格別の味わいをもたらしてくれました。
〆の一皿の冷麺は、黒くない麺がさっぱりと和風出汁と絶妙に絡み合い、ペロリと完食しました。
デザートにはほうじ茶プリンがトロトロで、コスタのエスプレッソとの相性も抜群でした。
私にとって、食事の締めくくりはコーヒーが欠かせません。コスタコーヒーで至福のひとときを過ごすことができ、大満足。
「焼肉たまき家」は夜の接待にもぴったりの場所ですが、こうして贅沢なランチを楽しむのも素晴らしいお店だと思います。
