新橋駅から10分ほど。ガン爺さんへ初訪問。
何度かチャレンジしているがいつも時間のタイミングが悪くいけず仕舞。今回は人が並ぶ時間帯で伺いました。11:00前半でしたが既に2回戦モード。前に10名以上並んではいますが待つ時間はそれ程でもない。待つこと15分程で食券購入します。
ランチはチキンムガール1,100円とゆで卵80円の食券を購入。店内はホール2名、厨房2名の4人オペレーションお客様の案内は流れるようなスピードで、料理の提供もほぼ席に座ると同時くらい早くて素晴らしい。挨拶も完璧見ていて気持ちがいい。
カレーはシャバシャバしてスパイスが効いてます。私は辛口をオーダーしました。程よい辛さで汗がしっとりしてきます。チキンムガールは柔らかくマイルドでボリュームもあります。ライスはターメリックライスで割と水分量はありますが、好みで干し葡萄とカレーを合わせていただくと美味しさは際立ちます。やっと食べれたガン爺さん。また来ます。
