週替わり御膳（サバの西京焼きと春菜の天ぷら）1,200円
富山県富山市に店舗を構えるしゃぶしゃぶレストラン。新橋店の別館へお邪魔しました。
地下一階へと伸びる階段を下ると、右側に入口があります。
立山ポークを使用したしゃぶしゃぶや富山の白エビや昆布じめが名物のレストランですが、ランチでもしゃぶしゃぶを食べられます。
しゃぶしゃぶが食べられる1,500円の芋づる御膳を頼もうと思ったのですが、週替わりの魚御膳も気になり、今日は魚御膳にしました。
鯖の西京焼き御膳、絶品でした！！
サバの西京焼きは、焼き目パリッと、身はふっくら。
春菜の天ぷらも味わい深く、揚げ具合もサクッサク^ ^
小鉢のお豆腐には海苔のあんかけがかかっており、磯の香りに癒されました。
おからもいい味付けでした。
これで1,200円は安いです。
ひとつひとつがとても丁寧に作られていて、食べ進めるのがとっても楽しかったです！

贅沢に刺身御膳を頼んでみました。
ミニサラダに小鉢、豆腐にお新香、お味噌汁とヘルシーな御膳。
刺身の一切れ一切れを大事に味わいながらご飯を食べ進めます。
刺身とご飯とのバランスが難しいですが、最後はお新香をおかずにご飯を平らげました。
相方は豚しゃぶを頼んでいましたが、塩ラーメンの出汁が美味しかったと言っておりました。
出汁だけ少し頂きました。確かに、優しい味わいで、さっぱり美味しい。
贅沢に刺身も良かったですが、ここでいつも頼む日替わりの定食の方が私には合うかな。
