本日のサラメシ‼️
刺激物が食べたくなり、刀削麺では先駆けの店「XI'AN」の虎ノ門店を訪ねてみた。
此方は1999年、まだ刀削麺が日本に知られていなかった頃、神田に1号店をOPENし、全国に刀削麺を知らしめたパイオニア的な店。
当然、店1番人気の「麻辣刀削麺」をお願いする。モチモチとした饂飩のような麺に辛味と痺れが融合したスープが絡む。辛味も痺れもパクチーもわたし的には不足感があったものの、流石は先駆店の味わいだ。
しかし人気店にもかかわらず客足が鈍いような気がする。まさか、パリでも起きたようなコロナの影響だろうか❓だとしたら悲し過ぎる
