「いっしーの孤独のグルメ」
ひさびさの虎ノ門でのクイックLunchに選んだのは、刀削麺・西安料理のパイオニアとしても有名な
『刀削麺・火鍋・西安料理 XI`AN 虎ノ門店』
へ。
中に入ると、ものすごい中国に来た感。行ったことないけど(笑)
orderしたのはランチ限定のハーフセット。
ハーフ刀削麺＆ハーフ中華丼(950円)
スープは坦々麺や酸辣麺など6種類の中から、いちばん人気の麻辣麺をチョイス。
ちなみにパクチー載せるかどうかも聞いてくれるので苦手な人も安心です。
一番の特徴はこちらの麺だよね。
最初食べたときあまりのいびつさにビックリした思い出が蘇ってきた(笑)
ただ、これがなんだかクセになるんだよね。
XIANのはかなりのトロトロ系の麺。
ワンタンの皮みたいでツルッといけちゃいます。
この山椒と唐辛子の効いた麻辣スープは、辛さは耐えられないほどじゃないんだけど、発汗量が半端ない俺は汗だく。。。
デートの時は食べないほうがいいね(笑)
そしてこちらがセットの中華丼。
エビや肉、人参、青梗菜等ベーシックな食材の中華丼。
個人的には少し餡がしょっぱすぎるかな。
麻辣の効果で比較的涼しかったのにもかかわらず、店を出ると髪の毛ビチョビチョ。
この後会った友達になんかあったの！？って聞かれちゃう始末(笑)
