こちらもサラダだけでなくブラジルらしい料理や牛肉たっぷりのビーフカレーやら魅力的なメニューが点在

平日で客が少ないとはいえ一客のために焼き直すとはサービス面でも素晴らしい
1番の推しはサーロインかカイノミで迷ったがカイノミかな
外のカリカリ感とグニグニと柔らかい食感のバランスが良い
赤身感もあるけど噛み切れる柔らかさ
一方サーロインも赤身と脂身のバランスが良くお手本のような肉ではあるが、ある意味では良く口にする肉だった
イチボは柔らかいという話だったが、うすーく切られていてカリッと感が先行している感じだった
ランプは脂肪分少なめでちょっと食べにくかったかな
あとソーセージ、鶏ハツも予想外に美味しかった
パイナップルは熱々ジューシーで必食

夜になると種類が増えるみたいだが昼でも十分
気に入った肉は2.3周くらいで他は1周でギブアップ
