虎ノ門ヒルズビジネスタワーの3階のレストランフロアにあるブラジリアンスタイルで食べるシュラスコ専門店。
バルバッコアが好きで他店舗も巡りましたが、接客・サービスが1番良く、雰囲気も良く落ち着いて食事が出来るので虎ノ門ヒルズ店をリピートしています。
【オーダー】
◆シュラスコランチ 5,800（平日5,000/土日祝5,800）※夜は肉の種類が増えます。
ランチはシュラスコ13種類、サラダバー（40種類）、
デザートが食べ放題になります。
卓上の牛の描かれたコインを表にしていると店員さんが
シュラスコをテーブルに持ってきてくれます。
牛肉以外にもチキンステーキ、ソーセージ、焼きチーズなどもサーブされます。
◆ピッカーニャ（イチボ）
程よく脂身も乗っており肉本来のガツンとした旨みが楽しめます。バルバッコアの人気メニューです。
アルカトラ（サーロイン）もあまり回ってこないけど
おすすめです！
牛肉以外のシュラスコで特におすすめなのが焼きパイナップル！外皮を取ってグリルで焼き上げており、噛むとジューシーな果汁と甘さが口いっぱいに広がります。
パイナップルは温めるとこんなに甘味が増すのか！と感動します。
サラダバーも常時40種類ほどの野菜・惣菜が展開されています。葉物野菜だけでも4〜5種類あります。
その他ハムやサラミ、カレー、ライスなどもあります。
個人的に都内で1番好きなサラダバーです。
デザートはブラジルをコンセプトにしていることもあり、ブラジルの郷土菓子のプラジルプリン、芋や人参を使ったケーキなどユニークなお菓子が並びます。
フルーツもあるので箸休めにぴったりです。
心行くまでお肉を食べたい方には是非おすすめしたいお店であり、原料高騰によりかなり値上げになりましたが
それでも通いたいお店です。
