急にタイ料理が食べたくて、平日、仕事帰りにタイ料理やさんをさがしにこちらへ。
虎ノ門ヒルズの2Fにあるお店なので、高くないかドキドキしながら伺いました。
休日前の金曜日でしたが、ほどほどに席は空いておりました。
メニューを見て、ディナーでも高くないので一安心。
メニューには様々な、タイ料理が。
タイで食べて好きになった、カレー味のラーメンと言われるカオソーイと、チーズがつくというチーズ付きガパオというので悩む。ガパオにチーズが合うのか、気になる。
悩んだ挙句、カオソーイ(¥1,100)に。カオソーイは、カレー風味のラーメン風と言ったところの料理。以前タイに行った際、美味しいカオソーイを食べてからというもの、なかなか都内でこれだ！という、あの時の味のカオソーイにはありつけてません。
そして、もう1品、気になった海老のすり身の揚げトースト(¥580)をオーダー。えびトースト、大好きで目がない。
カオソーイ、麺は中華麺のような麺。そして上には揚げた麺が。スープを飲んでみると、辛さは全くなく、ココナッツミルクで甘さもある。食べやすくて、美味しいんだけど、タイで感動した、カオソーイほどのカレー感はないかも。
ただ癖はないので、かなり食べやすい味ではあります。
味変に、レモンと紫オニオン、ラー油？みたいなものをいただけます。
最後の方は正直飽きてくると思うので、このラー油を入れるとまた味がかわって最後まで食べれます。
海老のすり身トーストは、私てっきり、トーストに海老のすり身を乗せて揚げたもので、トースト部分はカリッと感あるものかと思ってたんですが、ちょっと違う。
食べたらふわふわです。ちょっと私の好きなトーストとは違ったかな。
今回頼んだお品は、まぁ普通かなと言ったところでした。やはりカオソーイは難しいな。
ただ、他にも気になるメニューあるので、次は違うメニューで、行ってみたいと思います。
虎ノ門ヒルズの割にはお手頃で、使いやすそうなお店です。
