6月11日に虎ノ門ヒルズビジネスタワーの3階「虎ノ門横丁」にオープンした韓国料理のお店。
私は、ランチに一人でお伺いしました。
この日は、虎ノ門横丁のランチはそんなに混んでなく …… というかもしかしたらこんなもんなのかもしれません(*_*)
しかし、こちらの焼肉屋さんは激混みで満席❗
カウンターが空きそうだったのでちょっと待って入店。
席はカウンターとテーブル席の25席くらい。
ランチメニューは ………
上カルビビビンバ丼(1,500円税込)と上そぼろビビンバ丼(1,300円税込)の2種類。
どちらともサラダ、キムチ、スープ付き❗
上カルビビビンバ丼を注文しました。
注文してすぐに、小さく丸まったおしぼりとスプーンと箸とお水が提供。
丼を作っている店員さんは全員女性でキレイ❗
店長はおそらく男性の方。
オープンしたばかりなのか会計など戸惑っており、全体的に時間がかかる感じです。

味は ………
おいしい❗仙台牛は脂身がほどよくあり、柔らかくてタレも素晴らしくご飯がすすみマス。ナムルとコチュジャンともうまくマッチし、普通においしいビビンバ丼です。仙台牛 …… いいですね。
スープは、上品な感じであまり味がない感じだがビビンバに合うように薄味なのかもしれません。
