本日のサラメシ‼️
新OPEN「虎ノ門ビジネスタワー 虎ノ門横丁」13/26店舗目。
本日訪れた店は、店頭のランチメニュー看板に惹かれて「KOREAN IZAKAYA ジャン」
この店も業態は居酒屋だがランチ営業をしている。メニューは韓国居酒屋らしくビビンバ2種。カルビかそぼろか迷ったが…初来店なので、おすすめの「仙台牛 上カルビビビンバ」をお願いする。
想像していたより丼ぶりが小さいが、最近は胃が小さくなったのか初老親爺には充分な量。特筆すべきは、仙台牛のカルビが滅茶苦茶に旨いこと。たった3枚しか乗っていないのだが、その存在感は素晴らしい。口に入れた瞬間に溶けてなくなってしまう肉を久しぶりに食べた。
これで新規OPENの半分を巡った。このペースで行くと8月初旬にはコンプリートするだろうが、いかんせん平均単価が高いので、その後はセルフうどん店巡りだな
