平日のランチで、デリファシャスさんを訪問して来ました。
場所は虎ノ門ヒルズ駅から直結。
虎ノ門ヒルズ ビジネスタワー 3F、虎ノ門横丁内。
デリファシャスさんは創作フィッシュバーガーで人気のお店。
中目黒から渋谷PARCOに移転された後、虎ノ門横丁にも出店されました。
11:30頃に到着。
座席はカウンターとテーブルを合わせて12席。
先客は無し。我々は2人で4名掛けテーブル席へ。
卓上には、バーガー袋、紙おしぼり、紙ナプキンが常備されています。
メニューに並ぶのはオリジナリティ溢れる創作フィッシュバーガー達。
今回は、
・漬けマグロチーズバーガー 1,650円
・ドリンクセット コーラ 300円
の、合計1,950円をオーダー。
15分程で料理が到着。
寿司下駄や添えられたガリの演出も楽しいですね。
背が高くてボリュームはそこそこ。
具材は、大葉やゴマなどが入った鬼おろし、アボカド、漬けマグロのカツ、チーズ、キャベツ。
マグロの漬け感はあまり感じられませんでしたが、鬼おろしなども美味しく、丁寧に作られたハンバーガーだと思いました。
