フィッシュバーガー専門店が
虎ノ門ヒルズの虎ノ門横丁に出店しています
元々は中目黒にOPENして話題になっていたお店で
今は中目黒から渋谷パルコに移転したみたい
フィッシュバーガーはチェーン店でも見かけるけど
専門店となると珍しいですね
ちなみに夜は居酒屋的な利用も出来るそうです
平日13時頃 店内は余裕あり
メニューは色々で
人気の漬けマグロや昆布〆フィッシュの他にも
西京焼きや〆サバ竜田揚げなんてのもあります
あとは寿司屋らしく出汁巻き卵ドッグなども

●ポテト＋ドリンクセット(+400円)
注文の都度調理するので
出来立てほやほやが楽しめます

寿司下駄での提供でガリが添えられてる
ところなんかも抜かりなし笑
ではバーガー袋に入れてガブリといただきます！
バンズはふわふわで
フライの衣とキャベツと沢庵と蓮根の
食感が心地良いです
普通にレタスにしないところがポイント高いね
和風だし豆腐ソースは粘度があって
出汁って感じの優しめな味わい
魚の昆布締めはそこまで主張は強くなかったかな
美味しく完食です
上手く仕上げてあるなという印象でした
珍しいメニューも多いので
また違うメニューも試してみようかな〜
