本日は虎ヒルランチ。ハンバーガーショップでフィッシュ系バーガーを専門にしているお店は少ないので、伺ってみることにしました。
メニューは10種類ほどで、白身魚、えび、マグロカツ以外にも、西京焼きやら、〆さば竜田揚げ等ユニーク？なものまでありましたが、初訪店のため、看板メニューの「昆布締めフィッシュバーガー税込1,100円」にポテト＆ドリンクセット＋400円を付けました。
フィッシュはメカジキとのことで、野菜はキャベツ以外にレンコンやかいわれ等の野菜もあり、不思議な触感と味わいでした。何よりお肉系バーガーと異なり、良い意味で重さが感じられず、サッパリといただくことができました。ただ、私的にはお魚がちょっと塩辛く感じてしまったのは残念ではありました。。
どちらかというと、テイクアウト向きかもしれませんが、「サクっと軽めにランチを済ませたい」という場合等にはアリな選択肢ではないかとは思います。
