やっと行きたいに入れてたこちらへ来れました。
手もみ平打麺が売切れだったのがショック⤵︎⤵︎
でも、自家製麺に色々な鶏の部位と昆布や鰹節に6種類のお醤油をブレンドしたかえしのスープがとても美味しいです。
そして何より吊るし?焼豚がホントに美味しい〜100点✨✨
旨味とこくが凄い!
ずっと食べてられる。
つけ麺は昆布水はたっぷりでしっかり味がついてるタイプ。
このままでも美味しい。
どんどん食べても中々減りません。
卓上の海老入り魚粉や粉山椒、黒七味、白胡椒、ゆず果汁で味変。
個人的にはやはり黒七味とゆず果汁が良かったです。
昆布水にゆず果汁もまたいい〜✨
最後は昆布水やスープ割りで割ってフィニッシュ。
お腹いっぱいです。
