2024/2/XX (Lunch) I wanted to eat sweet and sour pork, so I did some research near Toranomon Hills. I was confused about the "black vinegar chicken set meal" that is offered for a limited time at "[a:13245369, Fire Hall 4000]" in Toranomon Hills Business Tower, but I thought that the classic pork would be better, so I decided to try this one. Decided to visit. I tried to find out if it was related to the long-established Chinese restaurant "[a:13157407, Ranen Hanten]" in Shinbashi, but I couldn't find any details. Apparently there is no relationship. I visited the store when it opened at 11:00. A problem occurs here. When I looked at the lunch menu outside the store, there was no sweet and sour pork. I was a little hesitant, but decided to order the following and entered the store. The inside of the restaurant is relatively spacious, clean, and has an atmosphere where you can enjoy a leisurely meal. [b:■ Beef belly and radish stew @ 1,400 yen (tax included)] *Payment must be made by credit card The lunch set includes the main beef belly radish, as well as pressed greens, egg soup, Small dish, almond tofu, and rice. I'll come with you. Now, let's get to the main dish, beef rose radish. It was served piping hot in a clay pot. In addition to the main ingredients, beef belly and radish, there was also plenty of carrots. The seasoning is sweet and spicy with a hint of star anise and garlic, giving it a punchy yet elegant feel. The rabbit, horn, and beef belly were creamy and soaked in the sweet and spicy sauce, which was a personal favorite of mine. The radish and carrots absorbed the flavor of the beef and were perfect, and I was satisfied with the quantity. Other, the egg soup, pressed greens, Small dish, etc. were of a higher quality than the local Chinese food and were delicious. Above all, for a Chinese Cuisine restaurant in this price range, the rice was crisply cooked and delicious. I'm on a sugar limit, but I ended up ordering a second helping. Finally, we finished off our lunch with a slightly firm agar-type sweet almond tofu. Regarding customer service, it varied depending on the person, but I think it was at an average level. Now that I think about it, today was February 1st, so maybe the lunch menu was updated monthly and there was no sweet and sour pork. In the end, it was a very satisfying Chinese lunch. If there is something on the menu that interests me, I would like to come back again. I will satisfy my craving for sweet and sour pork at another restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
