【イタリアン酒場 寅の日】さんに訪店しました！
こちらは昨年2022年1月に誕生した新しい横丁『小虎小路』の中にあるイタリアン居酒屋になります。
お店を切り盛りするのは栃木県ご出身のご兄妹。
温かなホスピタリティでおもてなししてくださいます！
食材にもこだわり地元栃木県産の厳選されたものを使用し気軽に美味しいイタリアンメニューとお酒を堪能できます。
席数はカウンター席は1名がけ×9、4名がけ×2卓の17席。
今回は2軒目での利用でしたので軽めに以下のメニューをお願いしました。
『こくパリトマトとブラータチーズのカプレーゼ』

印象的だったのが『こくパリトマトとブラータチーズのカプレーゼ』！
野菜ソムリエ協会で2年連続金賞を受賞した栃木県「こくパリトマト」とフレッシュなブラータチーズを使用したカプレーゼは甘味と酸味のバランスが良く張りのあるトマトの食感、トロリとしたチーズとのコントラストも楽しめました。
そしてドリンクには妹の隠し酒！
何が出るかはオーダーしてからのお楽しみです！
他にも気になるメニューが沢山あったのでまた機会があればお腹を空かせて伺ってみたいと思います。
