今回沖縄料理会に参加しました！
ゴーヤチャンプルからソーキソバなど色々食べました
ゴーヤチャンプルは、ゴーヤの苦味とお肉の風味が絶妙に組み合わさり、素晴らしいバランスの一品でした。
また、ソーキソバは、柔らかくてジューシーなソーキ肉がのっていて、麺との相性が抜群でした。沖縄らしい風味豊かな味わいが、忘れられない一杯になりました
他にも色々な料理を試しましたが、どれも沖縄ならではの食材や調味料を使った、独特で美味しいものばかりでした。沖縄の食文化に触れながら、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
次は是非タイ料理も食べたいなぁ❤️
