居酒屋よりはフォーマル、割烹よりはカジュアルをテーマにしたお店とのこと。

最初から最後まで低温調理をベースにした料理が提供され面白いです。
どれも美味しかったですが青椒肉絲と呑みたいハンバーグが特にインパクトがありました。
飲み物の種類も多く使用用途の多そうなお店。機会があれば再訪したいです。
