15分ほどで出来上がり 「いただきます」
2種類のカレーにラッサム、サンバル、ポリヤル、バスマティライス、プリ(バトゥラ)、パパド、ピクルス
なかなか豪華なノンベジミール さらにライス、サンバル、ラッサムはおかわりOK
酸っぱくて辛いラッサムが最高に旨い 食欲が増す
全てを少しずつ食べて、あとは好きなように食べる
まずはバトゥラを片付ける 2種類のカレーは秀逸 辛さ控えめで食べやすい
カトリをターリーの外に出し、ライスを真ん中に乗せ、その上にパパドを割りかける
ラッサムやサンバル、カレーにポリヤルをかけて混ぜたらもう手が止まらない
減ってくるとインド美人がおかわりを勧めてくれるのでお願いする
もちろんライス、サンバル、ラッサムの全てをお願いした
辛さは控えめと思ったけどそこは南インド料理 徐々に辛さが追いかけてきた
ピクルスが付いているので、これも混ぜてみた 辛さと酸味が増し、違う美味しさになった
激辛ではないものの、口の中がヒリヒリになり汗も止まらなくなってしまった(^_^;)
ライスの量が少なかったけど、さすがにおかわりをしたらお腹いっぱい
あぁ美味しかった♪そして美しかった( 〃▽〃)
