``South Indian Cuisine restaurant surrounded by high-rise buildings in the Toranomon Hills area. Depending on the media, it is written as ``Nira South Indian Cuisine Toranomon Hills Branch'' or `` Indian Curry Sakura'', but I don't know the official name. It was empty probably because most of the workers visited the area on Saturdays and Sundays. There were a lot of Western guests, but they were probably families of expatriates working at nearby foreign companies. Lunch comes with a mini salad. This tastes like a mini lunch salad, and the dressing tastes artificial. I ordered the dosa lunch set. It's so big that it doesn't fit in the angle of view, and it's about three times the area of Crepes in Harajuku. The dough is like a bazooka, made from fermented rice and beans paste that is then baked. It's a dish called ``masala dosa,'' and it contains potatoes stir-fried with spices and onions. It doesn't mean that it's packed all over the fabric, but rather that it's placed in the center. Also comes with curry. I don't know any cooking conventions around this area, but I wonder if it's okay to cut the dough from earlier into pieces and dip them in curry. The daily curry is mainly Seafood and has a mild taste. This is sambal. The soup is full of beans and vegetables and has a gentle taste. I feel like it's more like miso soup than curry. What is this sauce? It has a strong coconut flavor, and you can also feel a hint of thick milk fat. When you spread it on the dough and eat it, it's like a richly flavored Crepes. I also ordered ``Mutton Biryani'' and shared it with my companion. It's so voluminous that it seems like it's almost a cup of rice. Probably because it uses so-called basmati rice, it has a smooth texture and a rich aroma. Combined with the punchy flavor of the mutton, you can't stop eating it. I wonder if this is curry or soup. In the first place, defining the concept of "curry" at an Indian Cuisine may itself be the wrong attitude. When I traveled to India as a student, I got tired of eating curry for every meal, so I remembered that when I went to McDonald's, even Hamburger were curry-flavored. I know this, it's a "writer". It is a so-called Indian-style yogurt salad, and the fresh vegetables, sourness of yogurt, and aroma of cumin go well together. It has a refreshing taste and is perfect for refreshing your palate. All of the above lunch sets cost just over 1,000 yen. It's hearty and has an authentic feel (I guess), so you can enjoy this exciting food experience and the amount you pay is reasonable. For dinner, there are a lot of individual dishes, and all drinks are 25% off, so it looks like it'll be fun to come and have a drink with a spicy snack in hand. ■Click here for blog with photos → [a:https://www.takemachelin.com/2023/12/nilaa.html]
