溜池山王14番出口から直結のエレベーターを登ると、緑の奥に登場するこちら。
ダイニング・テラス・バー、すべての時間帯にそれぞれの顔を持つオールデイダイニングです。
今回はランチタイムにお邪魔しました。
11:00-14:00の間で90分制。
前菜、パスタ、メイン、デザートの構成で、それぞれプリフィクスとなっています。
昨年の桜開花時期を踏まえ早々に予約したものの、今年はやや咲くタイミングが遅いようでお邪魔した3/24時点は未開花（ ; ; ）
残念ながら外の桜を見ることは出来なかったものの、開放感溢れる店内には本物の桜の木が飾ってあり、お花を愛でることができました。
スパークリングで乾杯⭐︎
【Appetizer】
シーザーサラダ or カプレーゼ or カルパッチョ ※フォカッチャ付き
真鯛のカルパッチョをチョイス。
コリコリと引き締まった身に、塩味と酸味が絶妙マッチ。
これだけでフォカッチャを平らげてしまいそう。
【Pasta】
3種より桜エビと筍のアーリオオーリオスパゲッティーニをチョイス。
絶妙な塩気がぐいぐい後を引きます。

真鯛のロースト 浅利のサフランクリームソース

越後もち豚のグリルグリーンマスタードソース or
牛ハラミステーキ マデラソース +500円
の中から、もち豚を。
想像以上に肉厚でジューシーなお肉で、これは正解でした。
塩味の具合も飲みたくなるような味わいで、ほのかに香る炭がまた食欲をそそります。
【Dessert】
ティラミス or つくりたてリコッタのパンナコッタ&季節のフルーツ
から、後者をチョイス。
ツルッとさっぱりご馳走様でした。
【Drink】
コーヒー or 紅茶
わたしは紅茶に。
友人のコーヒーは予めカップでの提供、紅茶はポットでの提供でした。
この日はやや薄曇りのお天気でしたが、天気の良い日だとグリーンが生えてさらに気持ちがいいんだろうなぁ…
まさに都会のオアシス。
店内はさりげにご機嫌ミュージックが流れ、吹き抜けで開放感ある店内は実にシャレオツ。
それもそのはず、どうやら運営会社は
【DEAN&DELUCA】の運営会社、及び、現在有楽町から麻布台ヒルズに移転した【旧6th by ORIENTAL HOEL】の運営会社Plan Do Seeさんの共同店舗の模様。
こういうお店がさらっと提案できるようになると、センスいい〜！ってなること請け合い。
