土曜で赤日なこともあり、なかなかご飯屋さんが見つけられず困っていたのですが、
他のお店の大将さんからのご紹介で初めてお伺いいたしました。
コースは20.000。
刺身やつまりから出てきて、
それが終わったらにぎりにうつっていく流れでした。
ボタンエビが2尾しかなかったため、
三人で行ったので訳あって食べたのですが、
かなり衝撃的でしたね。
半生でこだわってるらしいのですが、かなり味が強くて美味しいボタンエビでした。
お見送りなどの所作もお気遣いいただき、
とても気持ちよく、おいしくいただきました。
